Hi, I’m Crystal Webster, Owner and Head Coach of Sienna Spirit Cheerleading. I earned my degree in Business Management from the University of Houston and bring over 20 years of cheerleading and tumbling experience to the program.

Since 2010, I’ve had the privilege of coaching at Sienna Spirit, and I began leading the program in 2014. My focus is on helping athletes build confidence, develop skills, and reach their personal goals. I live in Sienna with my husband, Josh, and our 12-year-old twins, Parker and Addy.

Cheerleading is more than just my career-it’s my passion. I love watching kids grow, learn, and discover what they’re capable of. My mission is to introduce competitive cheerleading in a supportive, low-pressure environment while fostering a positive, family-friendly atmosphere for every athlete.

Hi! I’m Shelby Kaminski. I have been a coach with Sienna Spirit from 2017 to present. I have over 12 years of competitive gymnastics and school cheerleading experience. I graduated from Sam Houston State University with a degree in Criminal Justice. I currently live in Sienna Plantation with my husband Terry and two daughters, Lauren (in college) and Alyssa (Ridge Point Student).  Both of my girls were Sienna Spirit Cheerleaders.
